Good mouth tape. Works great, easy to use. Stays on all night, no problem. Has a slight stretch and breathability. I use cut in half crosswise.
It’s comfortable to wear and doesn’t come off throughout the night. I’ve already felt the improvement of breathing through my nose. My only issue with it is that the tape is strong enough to rip off your lip skin, the directions describe to use it with dry lips but I still wear Vaseline cause I don’t like the feeling of dry lips and it still rips my skin the morning when I remove it, so I can only imagine how bad it’ll hurt when you wear it with dry lips
